Rules on the Dunes
- Follow the guideYou drive the Can-Am while following the guide's route, pace and instructions.
- Stay securedKeep restraints fastened whenever the buggy is moving. Wear the provided helmet and protective equipment as instructed.
- Drive with controlRacing, unsafe overtaking, drifting, donuts and aggressive zig-zag driving are not permitted.
- Arrive ready for the briefingIf travelling independently, reach the desert base approximately 30 minutes before your scheduled tour.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Free cancellation or rescheduling is available up to 24 hours before your tour. Cancellations or changes within 24 hours may be non-refundable.
Weather & Tour Changes
If unsafe weather or operational conditions prevent the tour, an alternative time, rescheduling or a refund may be offered under your booking conditions.
