Shared Transfer
Your pickup vehicle may include other booked guests and additional hotel stops. This format is used on selected per-person combo packages.

Safety & Guest Requirements
Desert activities take place on changing off-road terrain. Guests must follow the safari driver and activity guide throughout the experience.
Buggy Drivers
Buggy drivers must meet the applicable driver requirement. For our guided buggy tours, drivers are generally required to be 16 or older.
Quad Bike Riders
Quad-bike eligibility depends on the selected ATV, rider size, experience and ability to safely control the vehicle. Confirm suitability before booking.
Passengers & Children
Passenger suitability depends on the vehicle, seating, restraint fit, age and size. Provide children's details before booking so the correct option can be confirmed.
Health Considerations
Dune bashing and off-road driving are not recommended during pregnancy or for guests with serious back, neck, heart or significant mobility conditions.
Riding Rules
Racing, drifting, donuts, zig-zag driving, intentional collisions and leaving the guided route are not permitted.
Protective Equipment
The applicable helmet, goggles, harnesses or other required equipment must be used according to the selected activity and guide instructions.

Is the safari suitable during pregnancy?

What is the cancellation or rescheduling policy?
