Plans Changed?
Cancellation or a rescheduling request can be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour. Requests inside 24 hours and no-shows are normally non-refundable. If the tour cannot operate because of weather or operational conditions, an alternative date or applicable refund can be arranged.
